Serenia is an Open World Fantasy Adult RPG Dungeon Crawler where you play as the Court Wizard of the kingdom of Serenia. When a prophecy warns of a coming dark lord, you must set out on your own to prepare for what’s coming. To protect the city and those you care about, you must grow stronger by delving into ancient labyrinths and uncovering forgotten magic. Serenia combines story-driven RPG progression and dungeon exploration, with a strong focus on NSFW encounters and character interactions. Serenia is planned to be released in 3 chapters.

Tone & Content

• Dark & Explicit: The game leans heavily into dark humor and non-consensual (non-con) themes, as clearly shown in the project thumbnails.
• Not a Standard Sim: This is not a traditional dating sim or a lighthearted harem game.
• A Chapter-Based Journey: Serenia is a multi-chapter story focused on a corruption arc.
• The Chapter 1 "Prologue": In the first chapter, the MC plays the role of a "good person." Think of this as a long prologue. From Chapter 2 onward, the mask comes off. The player will be given meaningful choices to stay on a "good" path or lean into "evil." If the MC feels too nice right now, it’s because you are witnessing the starting point before his descent.

Addressing NTR

• By definition, this is not an NTR game. There are no scenes—now or in the future—where the MC’s romantic interest, family member, loved one, etc, is forcefully taken from him, nor is he ever made to feel jealous or "cucked."
• In Chapter 1, the MC is mostly focused on one/two girls (but can have scenes with up to 6). These scenes are exclusive—there is zero "other guy" involvement with his partners.

However, players sensitive to certain themes should be aware of the following (which some may interpret as NTR-adjacent):

• Many scenes do not feature the MC at all (e.g., Orcs attacking a village or bandits encountering NPCs).
• The player can often choose to save girls or let "bad things" happen to them. Some of these girls can become love interests later in the story regardless of their past.
• There is one specific character who cannot be saved from her initial circumstances. She can, however, become a love interest later.

About AI

• Visual Assets (AI + Photoshop): The game utilizes AI-generated imagery for assets that I then edit in Photoshop.  "full-screen" AI images are used sparingly.
• Animation (No AI): Every animation is hand-crafted/rigged in After Effects to ensure quality and fluid movement.
• Audio (No AI): No AI is used for music, sound effects, or voice—all audio is sourced or created traditionally.
• Writing (No AI): All story and dialogue are human-written. AI is used strictly for proofreading and grammar checks.
• Code (Some AI): AI is used as a tool to troubleshoot and optimize Ren'Py scripts.
